Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Nairobi Serena Hotel for check-in.

Set in lush gardens overlooking Nairobi’s Central Park, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from the city centre. Guests enjoy elegant rooms, fine dining, and excellent facilities including a spa, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

After check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure. Guests may relax at the hotel or explore nearby attractions such as Nairobi National Park, the Giraffe Centre, or local markets.

Nairobi - Masai Mara

After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara National Reserve via Mombasa Air Safari.

Enjoy a scenic flight (approximately 45–60 minutes) over the Great Rift Valley and rolling savannah landscapes before landing at the Mara airstrip.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Mara Serena Safari Lodge and check in with lunch at the lodge.

The lodge sits dramatically on a hilltop, offering panoramic views across the Mara plains and the Mara River. Later in the afternoon, depart for your first thrilling game drive in search of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and cheetahs.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. The Maasai Mara is famous for its rich wildlife population and is home to the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino.

During the day you may explore different areas of the reserve including river crossings, open plains, and acacia woodlands. The reserve also hosts the Great Migration seasonally when millions of wildebeest and zebras cross from the Serengeti into the Mara.

Guests can choose between:

Morning and afternoon game drives
or
A full-day safari with picnic lunch inside the reserve.
