Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional safari guide and transferred to Arusha for relaxation after your journey. Arusha is known as the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit and offers beautiful views of Mount Meru and the surrounding landscapes. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short city tour, visit local markets, or simply relax at your lodge while preparing for the safari adventure ahead. In the evening, enjoy dinner and overnight stay at your accommodation in Arusha.

Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park Safari

After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. The park is famous for its large elephant population, giant baobab trees, and rich wildlife diversity. As you explore the park, you may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and various antelope species roaming freely across the savannah plains. The Tarangire River attracts many animals, especially during the dry season, making wildlife viewing exceptional throughout the day. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by nature and stunning scenery. After the game drive, proceed to your lodge near the Ngorongoro area for dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer to Ngorongoro & Crater Safari, Departure

After breakfast, continue to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable safari experience. Descend into the crater floor, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations and home to an incredible concentration of animals. During the game drive, you may spot the Big Five including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the endangered black rhino. The crater also features beautiful landscapes including forests, open grasslands, lakes, and hippo pools. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while taking in the breathtaking surroundings. Later in the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha where your safari adventure with Wajefya Expeditions comes to an end.
