Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, clients will proceed to Arusha on their own unless a pre-arranged airport transfer has been booked at an additional cost. For those who have arranged the transfer, a representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to Arusha Farm House—a tranquil lodge nestled in scenic surroundings just outside the town.

The remainder of the day is set aside for rest and recovery after your journey, giving you time to relax, acclimatize, and enjoy the peaceful environment. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to unwind at the lodge, stroll through the gardens, or take an optional visit to Arusha town to explore local markets, culture, and cuisine.

In the evening, you will meet your safari guide for a welcome briefing over dinner. During this session, your full safari itinerary will be reviewed, preparing you for the adventure ahead.
