Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Today you'll be picked up from the lodge early in the morning to start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park. You will carry a boxed lunch to eat along the way.
Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds and diverse landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savannah plains. We may have the experience of watching a lion stalking her prey or leopards relaxing in the trees above. After the game drive you’ll make your way to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3
Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will make your way into the central Serengeti for a game drive pass via Ngorongoro highland. You will eat lunch inside the park and continue your game drive into the afternoon before reaching your camp.
The Serengeti is known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Be ready to see resident predators, including leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life!

Day 4

Today, we explore the broader parts of the Serengeti as we travel northwest and we follow the wildlife movements.
After an early breakfast, we depart on a morning game drive carrying a picnic lunch. The game drive will focus on the Mara River and hopefully see herds of the migration animals as they cross the river. We continue our game drive until the evening, when we return to Sero tented Camp for dinner and our overnight stay. Animals can be spotted at the camp.

Day 5
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park
Get up early and enjoy breakfast before continuing with your game drive to see the Great Migration. Later we will drive back to the central area of the park for our overnight stay.
The Great Migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, zebra, and other animals crossing the Mara River to the Masai Mara in Kenya. The best time to visit is from July to early October every year.

After breakfast we’ll make our way to the Ngorongoro Crater with lunch boxes in hand for another game drive.
This park consists of the largest, uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of the natural wonders of Africa. About 30,000 large mammals reside here year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos. A large variety of birds also all the crater home.

After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." This morning’s transfer will take you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and the descent into the crater itself is a truly breathtaking experience.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a collapsed volcano, and it’s one of the most productive wildlife areas in the world. The floor of the crater is home to a variety of animals, including the Big Five (elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos), as well as hyenas, cheetahs, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. You’ll spend the day exploring the crater’s diverse ecosystems grasslands, forests, and freshwater lakes.
For lunch, you'll enjoy a picnic on the crater floor, surrounded by the magnificent landscapes and wildlife. Afterward, you will transfer to your accommodation in Arusha for the overnight stay.

Day 8
Materuni Waterfall & Farewell
Materuni Waterfall & Farewell
After an early breakfast, you will depart from the hotel and proceed to Materuni Waterfalls. It is a 2 hours’ drive to Materuni village, located at the bottom of Mt Kilimanjaro. You will enjoy your picnic lunch and hike for 30 minutes to Materuni Waterfalls, which are about 80 m high, to swim as well as explore nature.
In the village, you will learn about their traditions and customs, as well as how the local people, who are Chagga, grow and process the coffee for substance use. You will visit a coffee farm, pick coffee and make your own strong coffee locally. Later, you will be dropped off at the airport or your hotel in Arusha or Moshi.
