Pick up and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park

Upon arrival Entebbe airport very early morning or depending on your location in Kampala/Entebbe, you will be picked up to transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park located in the western part of Uganda with approximately 540km from Kampala by road. You will have a stopover at the Uganda Equator for photography and the experiment and another stopover in Mbarara town for lunch. Proceed to Bwindi impenetrable national park, arriving in the evening. Check-in at lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Kigali for Departure

After an early morning breakfast, with your packed lunch, the tour guide will drive you to the park head offices for a short briefing on the rules during gorilla trekking. You will be divided into different groups, and only 8 people are allowed to trek a mountain gorilla family per day.
This activity can take minutes or even hours, depending on the location of the assigned gorilla family; once that gorilla family is traced, you will be given an opportunity to spend one hour with the mountain gorillas, only standing within a seven-meter distance.
You will enjoy them feeding their young ones, playing around and have a chance of taking photos with mountain gorillas in Uganda.

After this tiresome activity, you'll return to the lodge for relaxation and then embark on the journey through Kigali Airport for your departure.
