1-Day Amboseli Game Safari with Lunch

Depart Nairobi early morning traversing the scenic Athi Plains with opportunity to capture a sunrise moment on a clear sky setting the tone for a full-day safari in Amboseli National Park. Make a bathroom stop en-route a good chance for optional refreshment, quick bites and craft shopping before proceeding to the park.

Maasai homesteads offering a preview of local customs with Mount Kilimanjaro rising dramatically in the distance to welcome you to Amboseli and begin a game drive across vast plains and hippo filled swamps. Look out for the famous elephant herds that dominate the landscape and encounter predators resting or feasting after a night of hunting activity

Break for lunch at a Lodge or enjoy a picnic at Observation Hill with sweeping views of wildlife below then continue game viewing across bird filled swamps that include flamingos with final en-route sightings as you exit the park before returning to Nairobi by evening. Optional Maasai village visit depending on preference.
