After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara with a picnic lunch. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions and abundant wildlife, and is one of the few places where the Big Five can often be seen in a single morning game drive. Cheetahs here are frequently relaxed around vehicles, sometimes resting in the shade beneath them or even climbing onto the roof for a better vantage point while hunting.
For bird enthusiasts, nearly 500 species have been recorded, including 16 species of eagles, numerous hawks and falcons, six species of vultures, eight species of storks, and four species of bustards, including the Kori bustard—the world’s heaviest flying bird—along with nine species of sunbirds.

Day 6-7
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park
As you crest the hillside, the vast Serengeti stretches out before you as far as the eye can see—“Serengeti” meaning “endless plains” in Kiswahili. Covering about 6,900 sq. miles (18,000 sq. km), the park is home to more than two million large animals, including over a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn here by the abundance of migrating prey, while smaller species like rock hyrax, bat-eared foxes, mongooses, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, and African hares also thrive alongside nearly 500 bird species. You will spend the second day enjoying morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti, with optional add-ons such as a visit to Olduvai Gorge or a hot air balloon safari. Accommodation can be upgraded to higher-level options or downgraded to more economical ones (with price adjustment).

Today you will wake up very early for a pre-breakfast safari, when wildlife is most active and the African savannah offers a spectacular sunrise—one of the most unforgettable experiences in nature. After the game drive, return to camp for brunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro Crater, often called the eighth natural wonder of the world. With walls rising about 2,000 ft and a crater floor covering roughly 102 sq. miles, it forms a natural enclosure for an extraordinary density of wildlife, including almost every species native to East Africa and the rare black rhino. It is known for having the highest concentration of wildlife on Earth, and its large bull elephants are especially notable for their impressive tusks, enriched by the mineral-rich volcanic soil and vegetation. You may also opt for an afternoon walking safari in the Ngorongoro Highlands. Accommodation can be upgraded or downgraded.
