Zanzibar to Arusha to Tarangire

We begins before dawn on Zanzibar with an airport transfer timed for the earliest available flight to the Arusha region, enabling arrival in the morning and a swift ground transfer directly to Tarangire National Park where a full-day game drive fills the daylight hours; expect a mix of open country viewing and shaded riverine habitats, with guides searching for elephant herds that often concentrate near seasonal pans, for prides of lion and for smaller sightings such as mongoose and diverse avian species, and with lunch arranged either as a scenic picnic inside the park or back at a local lodge to save time for afternoon viewing. Late in the day the group exits Tarangire and moves to accommodation chosen.
