Continue south and pause at the famous Equator crossing near Masaka for photos, a quick science demonstration and some souvenir shopping.

Morning Game Drive & After Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel

Begin the day with a thrilling game drive across the Kasenyi Plains, a hotspot for lion sightings and dramatic predator-prey interactions. Keep your eyes open for elephants, buffaloes, warthogs and the elusive leopard moving through the open grasslands. Return to the lodge for a relaxed lunch and some well-earned downtime.

In the afternoon, embark on a leisurely boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, one of Africa's finest wildlife-viewing waterways. Drift past large herds of hippos wallowing in the shallows, Nile crocodiles basking on the banks, elephants and buffaloes coming down to drink, and a spectacular diversity of birdlife.
