Upon arrival at the airport, your guide will welcome you and transfer you to your reserved lodge in Entebbe. Spend the rest of the day relaxing, settling in, and enjoying the lodge’s amenities. Take this time to unwind and prepare for the exciting safari ahead, including your journey to the wildlife-rich and scenic Lake Mburo National Park.

Day 2
Morning Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Morning Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park (3-hour drive) with a stop at the equator for photographs. Expect en-route game viewing of animals such as zebra, impala, and eland. You will also see other savannah plains species and birds like the African finfoot, papyrus, bushshrike, etc. After lunch, take an afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo to see hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species.

Morning game drive and transfer to Bwindi
Morning game drive and transfer to Bwindi
Wake up early for a morning game drive to catch up with the early risers returning to their hideouts. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National park with an en-route game drive. The journey takes you through beautiful views of Kigezi Hills, “the Switzerland of Africa”. Have a picnic lunch en-route and relax in the evening as you wait for dinner.

Day 4

Gorilla Trekking Adventure, and Visit The Batwa
After an early breakfast, set out to track mountain gorillas in Bwindi’s dense jungle. The trek, lasting 2–8 hours depending on the gorillas’ movements, can be challenging over muddy and steep terrain but is incredibly rewarding as you observe, interact, and photograph these gentle giants.
Later, return to the lodge to relax before visiting the Batwa people to learn about their unique culture and way of life.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha Sector with a Late Afternoon Game Drive
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha Sector with a Late Afternoon Game Drive
After an early breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying game viewing along the way, including the famous tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. Upon arrival, check in at the lodge and have lunch.
You will later embark on a late afternoon game drive to spot buffalo, lions, elephants, bushbuck, warthogs, waterbuck, and many other wildlife species before returning to your lodge, where you will relax and have dinner.

After a cup of tea or coffee, go on a game drive and catch up with the early risers and predators heading back to their hideouts. Return for a full breakfast at the lodge, then relax as we wait for lunch. In the afternoon, go for a launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. It is famous for the highest concentration of hippos in Africa, alongside other animals like buffaloes, and huge crocodiles basking on the shores, as well as 611 bird species.

Scenic Transfer to Kibale National Park
Scenic Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Kibale National Park, driving through scenic craters and the majestic Rwenzori Mountains, also known as the “Mountains of the Moon.” You will have a stopover for lunch en route.
On arrival, you will check into your lodge, relax, and then head out for a guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, spotting birds, olive baboons, bush babies, sitatunga, and other fascinating wildlife before returning to your lodge.

Chimpanzee Tracking Experience
After breakfast, transfer to Kanyanchu Visitor Center for a briefing about chimp tracking before setting out on a chimpanzee trek through the dense forest. Spend about an hour observing chimpanzees up close.
You may also see red-tailed, blue, and black-and-white colobus and L’Hoest’s monkeys, as well as elephants, antelopes, and Cape buffaloes.
You will return to the lodge afterward for lunch and afternoon relaxation.

After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park, stopping for lunch en route. Arrive in the afternoon and witness the mighty Nile as it is forced through a narrow 7-meter gorge, plunging 150 feet below with a thunderous roar of whitewater—an unforgettable spectacle.
In the evening, enjoy a game drive, spotting wildlife across the park, before proceeding to your lodge for overnight, where you can relax and take in the serene surroundings of this remarkable destination.

Have a cup of tea or coffee, then go on a game drive before dawn to catch up with the predators and early risers. Expect to see animals such as jackals, lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs and many more. You will return from the game drive for a late breakfast and lunch.
In the afternoon, you will go for a boat ride on the Victoria Nile. The boat trip will take you to the bottom of the falls where you will view animals like buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, elephants and plenty of waterbirds like fish eagles and rare shoebills, etc. Return to the Lodge in the evening with a short game drive.

Rhino Tracking and Transfer to Entebbe
Rhino Tracking and Transfer to Entebbe
Wake up early and enjoy breakfast before proceeding to Entebbe international airport. You will have a stopover at the Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary to view some of the rhinos. The Rhino Tracking experience takes from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on where you will find the Rhinos. You will drive back to Entebbe. Depending on your departure time, the guide will either drop you off at the airport for your departure flight, or at the hotel for your stay.
