Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – Return to Kigali

With PrideMark Safaris, you’ll enjoy an early breakfast before heading to the park headquarters in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You’ll then begin an exciting trek through the ancient rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek may last between 2 to 6 hours depending on their movement, but it rewards you with a magical one-hour encounter in their presence.

After the experience, you’ll return to the starting point, receive your trekking certificate, and begin your drive back to Kigali via the Katuna border. Arrival is expected in the evening with drop-off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your memorable safari. If time allows, you may also enjoy an optional city tour of Kigali.
