Arusha to Tarangire national park

You will depart from Arusha early in the morning, aiming to maximize your time in Tarangire National Park. After enjoying breakfast at a local café or packing a breakfast for the road, you will embark on a scenic 2-hour drive to the park. Upon arrival, your adventure begins with a game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large elephant herds and stunning baobab trees. As you explore, keep an eye out for giraffes and a variety of bird species. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a designated area within the park. In the afternoon, you will continue your game drive, focusing on the Tarangire River, where wildlife gathers, especially during the dry season. After an exciting day, you will check into your lodge enjoy dinner and relax under the beautiful African night sky.

You will have breakfast at your accommodation before departing for Serengeti National Park. This journey takes approximately 4-5 hours, allowing you to take in the stunning landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, you will have lunch at your lodge or a picnic site before embarking on your first game drive in the Serengeti. This park is renowned for its vast savannahs and incredible wildlife, so keep an eye out for the Big Five and other fascinating animals. After a thrilling afternoon of wildlife viewing, you will return to your camp for dinner. If you wish, you can opt for an evening game drive or a guided night walk.

After an amazing breakfast, you will have breakfast before departing for the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique ecosystem and high concentration of wildlife. The journey to the crater takes about 3-4 hours, offering picturesque views of the highlands. Once you arrive, you will descend into the crater for a game drive, exploring the floor where you can encounter lions, zebras, and various other species. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed amidst the stunning scenery. After a day filled with wildlife sightings, you will ascend from the crater and head to your accommodation for the night, where you can relax and enjoy dinner.

Crater to Lake Manyara national park

After breakfast, you will have an early breakfast and check out from your lodge, then depart for Lake Manyara National Park, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Upon arrival, you will start your game drive, keeping an eye out for the park’s famous tree-climbing lions and the vibrant flamingos along the lake shore. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in the park, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty around you. After an afternoon of wildlife viewing, you will depart from Lake Manyara and head back to Arusha, which takes about 2 hours. Finally, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the arusha airport, concluding your incredible safari adventure.
