1-Day Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi National Park by Sgr Train

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and transferred to the SGR train station for your journey to Morogoro. The train ride gives you a comfortable and fast start to your safari experience.

You will arrive in Morogoro at around 8:00 am, where our professional driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you. After a short briefing, you will begin the road transfer from Morogoro to Mikumi National Park.

Upon arrival at Mikumi National Park, you will complete the park entry formalities and start your game drive. You will spend the day exploring different areas of the park in search of wildlife.

During the day, you will enjoy a packed lunch or lunch break depending on the arrangement. After lunch, the game drive continues until late afternoon, giving you more time to enjoy the park and take photos.

In the evening, you will drive back to Morogoro SGR station for your return train to Dar es Salaam or onward travel arrangement.
