We pick you at the airport for our 10 days Uganda Safari full of close to nature experiences. There after transfer to the lodge and relax after the journey. If time allows we can head over to the close by Mabamba Swamp for a search for the prehistoric looking Shoebill Stork.

Day 2
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

You set off early from Entebbe for your journey to Murchison Falls NP. Along the way you meet the rhinos in Ziwa rhino sanctuary. Indeed this stop is exciting as it gives you the chance to tick off the first of the Big 5 during this 10 days Uganda Safari. Then you continue the journey towards the lodge by Murchison Falls national park, having lunch along the way. We as well make a stop to visit the impressive top of the Murchison Falls.

Day 3
Game drive and Boat cruise

Set off for an early morning game-drive in the park. Undoubtedly you here have the chance to see fascinating wildlife like Big cats hunting, Elephants, Giraffes and Buffalos. In fact the checklist of mammals in Murchison Falls NP reaches 76. We then continue browsing the Drive circuits to the Delta point for a cocktail of Birds and mammals. Afterwards we enjoy lunch and some relaxation at the lodge. Then in the afternoon go for the 3 hour boat ride to the base of the falls where you get to see the Hippos, Nile Crocodiles, Elephants and a variety of beautiful bird species along the banks.

Day 4
Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast we transfer towards Kibale Forest NP as we continue our 10 days Uganda Safari. It’s a long drive with our target to have lunch in Fort portal. Therefore we have a punctuation of stopovers at sceneries like the Rift valley escarpment on Lake Albert – typical African village setup in the far countryside and tea plantations along the drive offer us chances of stretching. Then we check in late afternoon to an area with an amazing display of primates and lovely scenery.

Day 5
Chimpanzee Trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Chimpanzee Trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Head into the forest of the Primate city of Kibale in the morning for chimpanzee trekking, the first great ape you will meet during this 10 days Uganda wildlife safari. This is a three hour experience. Kibale Forest national park is a rainy forest and a home to over 1500 Chimpanzees. During the trek you have the chance to see the chimps close up and capture shots of our closet cousins in the jungle in there frenzy exciting moods as they are grooming, building relationships, bringing up young ones, think and sharing food, plus rare bird species following them. In the forest 9 different species of Monkeys are found so you have chances of seeing red colobus, red tailed monkey and bush babies on a great day. Afterwards we transfer to the lodge by Queen Elizabeth NP via the crater lakes region.

Day 6

In the morning we go for a guided village walk in the community close by the lodge. Here we visit a farmer growing cacao and vanilla, walk through fields and get an idea of how life in the Ugandan countryside is like. After lunch it is time for the boat-cruise on the famous Kazinga channel in Queen Elizabeth NP. This is a 36kms channel linking Lake George to lake Edward. Along its banks you can see Hippopotamuses, Nile Crocodile, elephant and Warthog.

Day 7

After breakfast we start the adventurous journey down to the southern Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth NP. This road goes through the park and if we are lucky we see elephants, monkeys, beautiful birds or even lions along the way. We then head into Ishasha for a game-drive to search for Ishasha’s famous tree-climbing lions. After lunch the journey continues to Bwindi mountains.

Day 8

After a hearty breakfast, head to the ranger’s post for a briefing before entering the gorilla sanctuary. The rainforest is breathtaking, with steep, dense forests crisscrossed by numerous trails that allow visitor access. Trekking time varies depending on the gorillas’ movements, and once located, you’ll spend an hour observing these gentle giants—an unforgettable experience.
After lunch, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, a magical spot with terraced hills, 29 islands, and excellent opportunities for birdwatching, relaxing, and enjoying the serene landscape. Check in at your lodge and relax.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Depart Lake Bunyonyi and journey through Uganda’s rolling hills and countryside toward Lake Mburo National Park, enjoying scenic views of farms and rural life along the way. Arrive in the afternoon and head straight for an exciting game drive across the park’s savannah and acacia-dotted landscapes. Spot zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, and other wildlife as the sun begins to set over the plains. Later, proceed to your lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay within the park.

Transfer to Entebbe
Transfer to Entebbe
You'll start with an early breakfast before a morning safari walk in Mburo Park, guided by an armed ranger from the Uganda Wildlife Authority. Encounter zebras, giraffes, elands, topis, antelopes, and Cape buffalo up close. Ascend the hills for stunning views of Lake Mburo, spotting nine of the twelve lakes.
Afterward, return to your accommodation, check out, and then transfer to Kampala via the Equator point, where you will have a stop for a brief photo moment and souvenirs before proceeding to Entebbe Airport, reaching it in time for your departure.
