After landing safely at Entebbe international airport, you will be welcomed and met by our professional guide who will then transfer you to your accommodation. You check in to your hotel and have relaxation. If time allows you may visit the Entebbe zoo (Uganda Wildlife Education Centre). The zoo introduces you to animals you likely find in Uganda.
There are zebras, lions, elephants, hippopotamus, chimpanzees, birds among others. Later, you will return back to your hotel to dine and overnight rest.

Day 2
Travel to Ssese Islands

After breakfast, you'll head to Nakiwogo and board the ferry to Kalangala, Ssese Islands. The ferry leaves on Lake Victoria and reaches Lutoboka Bay in Bugala Island after a 3-hour ride.
On the ferry, you won’t have to go hungry. There’s a cafeteria where you can order anything of your choice; you get to see many islands as you're near Kalangala (better if you have a set of binoculars), water birds, and enjoy the calm breeze of the waters, plus the experience that goes along with traveling on water.
You'll enjoy the sight and the feeling of being far away from the noise in the city of Kampala as you get to relax your body and understand the true sense of a holiday. You will check into your lodge for relaxation, later, have dinner, as well as overnight stay.

Day 3

After being treated to a hearty breakfast, you go for a nature walk in the forest and proceed for a boat trip, which will leave you admiring the islands on the lake. Among other islands, we have Buggala, Bubeke, Bukasa, Banda and Buvuma islands, which are more popular. You go back to the hotel to enjoy a mouthwatering traditional buffet (lunch).
You can relax and later in the afternoon resort to some of the activities available, such as swimming in the free bilharzia water, taking a sunbath, steam bath, bicycle riding, and riding to explore the forest and spend the evening visiting the sites on the biggest amongst the Ssese Islands, such as the Bidco palm oil project, and fishing near the island is another fair option.

Day 4
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After an early morning breakfast, you will check out from your lodge and begin your journey, 3 hours from Ssese Island (Kalangala) back to the mainland. You will take the ferry from Lutoboka/ Kalangala area to Nakiwogo Landing Site in Entebbe, enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Victoria along the way.
Upon arrival at Nakiwogo, your safari guide will meet you and continue with the scenic drive towards Lake Mburo National Park, about 5 hours drive. A stopover for lunch will be made Enroute before continuing to your journey. The journey takes you through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, passing local villages, farmlands, and the famous Equator crossing point at Kayabwe, where you may stop for photos and refreshments.
You continue to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s closest savannah park to Kampala, and a haven for wildlife including zebras, giraffes, impalas, buffaloes, elands, and over 300 bird species. Arrival in the evening for check in and overnight stay.

Day 5
Game Drive and Boat Trip

Early morning, you will head to the park for a morning game drive through the park in search for acacia related birds and animals as they return to their hideouts. During the drive, spot animals like zebras, impala, giraffe, Hynas, Uganda kobs and many others with alot of bird species.
You will return to the lodge for a late breakfast and a short relaxation. Later, in the afternoon after break, embark on a nature walk around the national park. You will get chances of seeing zebras moving in large groups and the long-horned domestic cattle grazing peacefully. Gather your strength after lunch for the afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo itself in search of animals such as hippos, crocodiles, birds, and sitatunga antelopes inhabiting in papyruses surrounding the Lake. Return to the lodge or evening relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6

After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and begin your scenic journey from Lake Mburo National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas.
The drive takes you through the beautiful landscapes of southwestern Uganda, passing rolling hills, terraced farmlands, and vibrant local communities. Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside and have opportunities to experience the rich culture and natural beauty of the region.
You will make a stopover for lunch en route before continuing towards Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable rainforests, famous for its mountain gorilla population.
Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge located near your preferred trekking sector, relax, and prepare for the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience the following day. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Encountering the rare and endangered Mountain Gorillas of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is an experience of a lifetime. Your tracking experience will be an exciting, yet challenging, journey along forested (often muddy and slippery) slopes, tangled vines, thick vegetation, and bamboo forests before you reach the territory of these gentle giants.
En-route, your ranger will point out telltale signs of previous gorilla activity like dung, nests, and chewed bamboo shoots. Depending on the location of the gorillas on any given day, the walk can take from 2 to 4 hours. Once the family of gorillas has been located, you'll settle into your surroundings and enjoy the 1 hour you have to quietly observe these fascinating primates whose habits and mannerisms remind us so much of our own. Return to your lodge for relaxation.
later in the afternoon after lunch, head to a community walk to visit the Batwa culture near the park to learn about there cultural experience and their ways of living.

After breakfast, you'll take a journey while connecting to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha route. If your lucky you may spot the beautiful tree-climbing lions. After early morning breakfast, you will head to a morning game drive on kasenyi plains, make sure to carry your camera for the best shots. You will be able to spot elephants, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, duikers, hyenas, warthogs, all can be spotted in the savannah open grassland. Later, you return to the lodge for lunch and refresh.
In the afternoon, you head for a boat cruise on kazinga channel where you will have a close look at schools of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants at the bank of the lake, water bird species such as storks, fish eagles, among others. After the boat cruise return back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and begin your scenic drive from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kibale National Park, also known as the “Primate Capital of the World” due to its rich population of chimpanzees and other primates.
The journey takes you through the beautiful landscapes of western Uganda, with stunning views of crater lakes, tea plantations, rolling hills, and local communities along the way. The drive is short and offers opportunities to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Albertine Rift Valley. Upon arrival in Kibale National Park, you will check in at your lodge, relax and have lunch
In the afternoon, visit the tea plantation on the edge of Kibale forest, take a guided walk through the tea fields, learn about tea cultivation and harvesting.
Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge, ready for the next day’s primate adventure.

You wake up early in the morning and proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing by park rangers on chimpanzee trekking guidelines. With your packed lunch from the lodge, you will set off on a trek through the lush tropical rainforest in search of chimpanzees. With the help of guides, you will follow forest trails tracking the chimpanzee communities as you learn about their behaviors, social structures, and the ecosystem. During the trek, you may also encounter other primates such as red-tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, and olive baboons, along with a variety of bird species. After the chimpanzee encounter, you will return to the lodge for a full lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-based conservation area renowned for its rich biodiversity. You'll enjoy a guided nature walk through the wetland trails, where you may spot several primate species, birds, and other wildlife while learning about the traditional way of life.

The drive takes you through the beautiful landscapes of western and northern Uganda, passing through lush countryside, tea plantations, crater lake regions, local villages, and vibrant trading centers.
Along the way, you will enjoy the changing scenery as you transition from the primate-rich forests of Kibale to the open savannah landscapes of Murchison Falls. You will have a stopover for lunch en route before continuing your journey towards the park. Upon arrival at Murchison Falls National Park, you will check in at your lodge and relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the wilderness.

You will be able to spot lions, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, Jackson hartebeests, antelopes, duikers, hyenas, warthogs, all can be spotted in the savannah open grassland. Later, you return to the lodge for lunch and refresh. In the afternoon, you go for a boat cruise to the bottom of the falls, where you will have a close look at the thrilling white-water falls.
Along the way, you will also be able to spot schools of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants at the bank of the lake, water bird species such as storks, fish eagles, among others. You also have a chance to hike to the top falls and meet your driver guide at the top, and be driven back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After enjoying your morning breakfast, your driver will pick you up and begin the journey towards Gulu, the gateway to northern Uganda. The scenic drive takes you through beautiful rural landscapes, local communities, farmlands, and small trading centers, offering a glimpse into the culture and daily life of northern Uganda.
You will travel approximately 180–220 km, taking about 5 hours depending on road conditions and stopovers including for lunch. Upon arrival in Gulu in the evening, you will check in at your lodge, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The evening will be spent resting and preparing for the next exciting leg of your adventure to Kidepo Valley National Park, one of Uganda’s most remote and spectacular wilderness destinations, famous for its dramatic landscapes, diverse wildlife, and unique cultural experiences.

After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning adventure at Sipi Falls, one of Uganda’s most scenic destinations located on the foothills of Mount Elgon. You will embark on a guided nature experience exploring the beautiful waterfalls, lush landscapes, and surrounding coffee plantations.
Depending on your preference, you may take part in activities such as a Sipi Falls hike, where you will walk along scenic trails to viewpoints overlooking the three waterfalls, or enjoy a coffee tour to learn about the local Arabica coffee-growing traditions, from harvesting and processing to tasting freshly prepared coffee.

After breakfast, you will begin your day with an exciting Nile exploration experience in Jinja, Uganda’s adventure capital and the source of the mighty River Nile. You will visit the iconic Source of the Nile, where you will enjoy beautiful views of the river’s origin, learn about its historical significance, and capture memorable photographs.
You also enjoy additional activities such as a boat cruise along the Nile, where you will glide across the calm waters while observing the surrounding landscapes, birdlife, and local communities along the riverbanks.
After the Nile experience, you will have lunch before beginning your transfer back to Entebbe. The scenic drive takes you through vibrant towns and countryside landscapes, offering a final glimpse of Uganda’s beauty and culture.
Upon arrival in Kampala, you will be dropped off at the airport for departure, marking the end of your memorable Uganda safari adventure.
