Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha for relaxation and overnight stay. This arrival day allows guests to recover from international travel and prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead. Depending on arrival time, guests can relax at the lodge, enjoy the swimming pool, beautiful gardens, and peaceful atmosphere before the safari begins. In the evening, your safari guide will provide a detailed safari briefing covering the itinerary, wildlife experiences, safety information, and what to expect during the journey through Tanzania’s famous Northern Circuit parks. Day 2

Elephant Safari Experience in Tarangire

After breakfast at the lodge in Arusha, depart for Tarangire National Park for an exciting full-day safari in one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife destinations. Tarangire is famous for its giant baobab trees, large elephant herds, and excellent wildlife viewing throughout the year. During the game drive, guests may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, and a wide variety of bird species as animals gather around the Tarangire River. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by spectacular scenery and wildlife before continuing with afternoon game drives across different areas of the park. After breakfast at the lodge in Karatu, continue your safari adventure through the beautiful Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Serengeti National Park. Along the journey, enjoy breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Highlands, Maasai villages, and the vast open plains that make northern Tanzania one of Africa’s most spectacular safari destinations. Wildlife viewing begins before entering the Serengeti as you may encounter zebras, giraffes, elephants, wildebeests, and many bird species along the route.
