Arusha to Makuyuni Wildlife Park

Pick up from Arusha at 8:00 AM in our new model van with AC and WiFi. Sit back and enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to Makuyuni Park while your guide gives you a briefing on the trip and the wildlife you might see. Explore Makuyuni Wildlife Park. Once inside the park, you’ll spend the afternoon exploring on a guided game drive. Makuyuni is smaller and quieter than the big parks, which means you get closer to the action without the crowds. Keep your eyes open for giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, impala, dik-dik, warthog, and a variety of bird species. Sunset and camp setup. After sunset, we drive a short distance to your private campsite just outside the park boundary. Here you’ll set up your own tent with equipment provided. Once camp is set, light the fire and cook your own dinner using the cooking gear and fresh supplies we provide. Eat under the stars and listen for the sounds of wildlife moving around camp. This is real bush camping, with animals often passing through the area at night.

Tarangire full Game Drive Back To Arusha

Up early at 6:00 AM for breakfast at camp, then pack up. Drive 30 min to Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive. Expect big elephant herds, baobab trees, lions, giraffe, and plenty of birds. Lunch is a picnic inside the park. After the drive, head back to Arusha with drop-off at your hotel around 4:00 PM.
