1-Day From Arusha to Tarangire National Park

• You'll be collected from the airport.

We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30 am. After meeting your guide, you will drive to Tarangire National Park (about 1 hour 45 minutes), famous for its diverse landscape. The park is especially known for its abundance of ancient baobab trees and the largest concentration of elephants in the country, offering unique opportunities to observe elephant family interactions.

You will enjoy a game drive through the park based on reported wildlife sightings, including predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are harder to spot, as well as abundant herbivores like giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras.

Later, you will head to the Tarangire River picnic site and enjoy lunch with views of the river and wildlife, while small monkeys and baboons may approach but are nothing to worry about.

You will continue with a game drive before exiting the park around 4:30 pm and drive back to Arusha. Meals are included.
