ranger briefing, head into the rainforest in search of these remarkable primates.
Watching chimpanzees in their natural habitat is a truly unforgettable experience. In
the afternoon, enjoy a Colobus monkey experience, where you may see large troops
of Angolan colobus monkeys moving through the forest canopy. Return to the lodge to
relax, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Nyungwe.

After an early breakfast, you will depart from Nyungwe and drive towards Volcanoes National Park. Along the way, enjoy a stopover at Lake Kivu for lunch and a relaxing boat experience, including a visit to Napoleon Island and nearby islands. If you are lucky, you may spot vervet monkeys in their natural habitat while exploring the islands. After lunch and the boat excursion, continue your scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park for the next exciting part of your safari.

Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Guides assign you a gorilla family and explain trekking rules. The 2–5 hour trek takes
