Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha as you drive through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its vast savannahs, ancient baobab trees, and large elephant herds, Tarangire offers an incredible first taste of the African wilderness. Enjoy a full-day game drive where you may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species along the Tarangire River, which attracts abundant wildlife especially during the dry season.
