Arusha National Park Game Drive & 4-Hour Walking Safari

Your day starts with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a short drive to Arusha National Park, located at the foot of Mount Meru.
On arrival, set out on a morning game drive across the park’s varied landscapes, from dense forests to open savannah and lakes. Along the way, you may spot giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, bushbucks, flamingos, and primates such as black-and-white colobus and blue monkeys.
Later, enjoy a guided 3-hour walking safari with an armed ranger, following scenic trails through forest, clearings, and toward waterfalls, offering a closer look at nature and smaller wildlife. After a picnic lunch in the park, continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Your safari begins with an early morning after breakfast departure from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its extraordinary concentration of wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive across the crater floor with excellent chances of spotting the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the rare black rhino - as well as large herds of wildebeest and zebras, hippos in the pools, hyenas, jackals, and a variety of birdlife including flamingos along Lake Magadi.
After a picnic lunch inside the crater surrounded by breathtaking scenery, you will ascend the crater walls and transfer to Arusha Airport or kilimanjaro airport for your departure.
