After an early morning pick-up in Kigali from your Hotel, begin your scenic drive with your driver guide to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the Cyanika or Katuna border post. Enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling hills, rural villages, and lush countryside often referred to as the “Land of a Thousand Hills.” Upon arrival in Bwindi, check in at your lodge, relax, and prepare for the next day’s gorilla trekking adventure.

Gorilla Trekking & Transfer Back to Kigali, Rwanda

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Forest. Trek through the dense rainforest with experienced ranger guides in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Once located, spend one unforgettable hour observing the gorillas as they feed, groom, and interact in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch before transferring back to Kigali, arriving in the evening. You will be dropped off at your Hotel in Kigali marking the end of your gorilla adventure.
