Iringa – Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, you depart from Iringa and drive to Ruaha National Park. You'll enjoy scenic views of the Tanzanian countryside before arriving at your lodge or camp for lunch. In the afternoon, you embark on your first game drive, exploring the park's diverse landscapes and searching for wildlife along the Great Ruaha River. You return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full-Day Game Drive in Ruaha National Park

After an early breakfast, you will depart for a full-day safari adventure. You will explore different habitats, including riverbanks, baobab-dotted plains, and woodland areas. Look for large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, impalas, and a variety of birdlife. A picnic lunch will be served in a designated area within the park before continuing the afternoon game drive. You will return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Wildlife Discovery Safari

You will spend another exciting day exploring Ruaha's rich ecosystem. Focus on areas known for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. You will visit sections of the Great Ruaha River where hippos and crocodiles are commonly seen. The day offers excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife observation. You will return to camp in the evening.

Today’s safari takes you deeper into the remote regions of the park. Discover hidden valleys, seasonal rivers, and impressive baobab forests while tracking wildlife in less-visited areas.
