After an early breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and journey towards Serengeti National Park with your professional driver-guide. Along the way, enjoy the changing landscapes as you travel through Tanzania’s scenic countryside. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will be welcomed by its vast open plains and abundant wildlife. After an exciting day of travel and exploration, you will head to your budget camping accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

After an exciting morning game drive in the Serengeti, you will enjoy an early lunch before continuing your journey toward the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you travel through the breathtaking landscapes of northern Tanzania, your experienced safari guide will share fascinating insights about the region’s wildlife, ecosystems, and rich cultural heritage. Keep your camera ready, as the route offers beautiful scenery and occasional wildlife sightings along the way. Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater rim, you will be treated to stunning views of one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders. As the sun sets over the highlands, you will settle in at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, where a delicious dinner awaits. Relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the crater rim before spending the night surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater
Following an early breakfast, you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning game drive. Often referred to as Africa’s Garden of Eden, the crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and the rare endangered black rhino. As you explore the crater floor, you will enjoy breathtaking scenery and excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. A packed picnic lunch will be served at a scenic site near the famous hippo pool, where you can relax while watching hippos cooling off in the water. After lunch, you will continue your game drive before leaving the crater and beginning your journey back to Arusha. The drive takes approximately three hours, offering beautiful views of the Tanzanian countryside. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at karibu Heritage House for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Mount Kilimanjaro
Mount Kilimanjaro
Although reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro requires several days, this day hike offers an excellent opportunity to experience Africa’s highest mountain along the famous Marangu Route. Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi, followed by a scenic drive to Marangu Gate for registration before the trek starts.
The trail passes through lush montane rainforest, home to colorful birds, blue monkeys, and black-and-white colobus monkeys. As you ascend, enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air on your way to Mandara Hut, the first overnight stop for climbers heading to the summit.
After a picnic lunch and time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings at Mandara Hut, you will begin the descent back to Marangu Gate. Upon arrival, your driver will transfer you to your hotel, where you can unwind and reflect on a memorable day on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.
