Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your dedicated safari guide from Kisangara Tours. You will then be transferred to your lodge to relax for the remainder of the afternoon, allowing you to settle in and prepare for the adventures ahead. Should time permit, you are welcome to enjoy a complimentary tour of the city, guided by our knowledgeable team.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up from Arusha Planet Lodge and transfer you to Tarangire National Park for a game drive while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drives are complete, we will drive you to Marera Valley Lodge to relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Tarangire National Park is well-known for its large elephant herds. You will see a variety of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna. All these while the Tarangire River winds its way through the parklands. The Tarangire River is the only water source for wildlife during the dry season. You may even see a lion stalking its prey and leopards relaxing in the trees above.

Serengeti National Park

Following breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, enjoying a game drive en route with a packed lunch to be served at a scenic location within the park. The afternoon will be dedicated to further wildlife viewing before arriving at the Kumbukumbu Luxury Tented Camp. The following day will be spent exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti, engaging in immersive game drives to witness the park's remarkable wildlife in their natural habitat.

Serengeti National Park is renowned for its vast herds of migrating zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Visitors can anticipate spectacular wildlife sightings, including resident predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions, which play a vital role in the ecosystem's natural cycle.

Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes. Once we finish the game drive, we will drive you back to your lodge to relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is the area that constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of the natural wonders of Africa. About 30,000 large mammals are resident all year round, such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, and a wide variety of birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be ready to see many animals here within a short time.

After breakfast, spend some time at the lodge for relaxation and leisure, and, if time allows, take a short tour of Karatu town to do some shopping. From here, we will transfer you to Arusha Airport for your air transfer to Zanzibar. Our driver in Zanzibar will be waiting for you at Zanzibar Airport for your private transfer to your hotel in Stone Town.

After breakfast, we take a full-day Stone Town tour with our local guide. After finishing the day's activities, we will transfer you to your beach hotel.

Admire the narrow streets lined with residential houses that preserve their original Swahili-Omani themes. Exquisitely carved doorways identify the themes with metal studs, overhanging balconies, and latticed windows. Side by side, you will see churches and mosques. The churches are due to the colonial presence in the country and the mosques commissioned by the sultans of Zanzibar. You will also visit other exciting destinations in the town.

These two days are spent in Zanzibar at your leisure. Use your time to relax on the beach and at the resort. Discover Zanzibar's best beaches, each offering spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Walk on the palm-fringed beaches and swim in the turquoise waters while you feel the white sand under your feet. Explore the marine life, and look for the colorful coral reef fish, green turtles, different fish species, snails, sea cucumbers, and many others.
