Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha after breakfast. Drive through the scenic highlands of the Great Rift Valley and pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Serengeti National Park. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Highlands and vast African plains.

Arrive in Serengeti in time for lunch at your camp or lodge. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the endless plains of Serengeti, home to an incredible variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and numerous antelope species. As the sun begins to set, witness the stunning golden light that makes Serengeti famous before heading back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti NP

After an early breakfast, depart for a full day of wildlife viewing in the heart of Serengeti. Explore different areas of the park in search of the Big Five and other iconic African animals. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing.
Your expert guide will help track predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs while sharing fascinating information about the ecosystem and animal behavior. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic location within the park before continuing your afternoon game drive.
In the late afternoon, leave Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim for spectacular views over the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp near the crater.

Ngorongoro Crater

Enjoy an early breakfast before descending 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Often referred to as Africa's "Garden of Eden," the crater hosts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Here you have an excellent chance of spotting the endangered black rhino, as well as lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, jackals, and large flocks of flamingos around Lake Magadi.
Spend the morning exploring the crater floor and enjoying close encounters with wildlife in this unique natural sanctuary. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of Tanzania's most celebrated safari destinations.
