Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional driver-guide and begin your scenic journey to Kibale National Park, renowned as the primate capital of the world. The park is home to approximately 13 species of primates, including the largest population of chimpanzees in Uganda. En route, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant while taking in views of Uganda’s beautiful countryside, characterized by rolling hills, traditional villages, and tea plantations. Upon arrival at your lodge, you may choose to relax and enjoy the tranquil forest surroundings or take an optional guided community walk to gain insight into the local culture and way of life. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, transfer to Kibale National Park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience. Accompanied by experienced ranger guides, venture into the tropical rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzees and other primates that inhabit the forest. Once located, spend a memorable hour observing these fascinating creatures as they feed, socialize, and move through the canopy.

After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch before beginning your scenic journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive takes you through picturesque countryside, rolling hills, terraced farmlands, and rural communities, offering a glimpse into Uganda’s diverse landscapes. Day 3

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers before setting off on your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Trek through the ancient rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family, with the duration varying depending on their location. Once found, spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat as they feed, interact, and care for their young.

After this unforgettable wildlife encounter, return to the lodge for lunch and check out. Thereafter, drive to the picturesque Lake Bunyonyi, often referred to as one of Africa’s most beautiful lakes. Upon arrival, check in and spend the remainder of the day relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking scenery of terraced hills and numerous islands scattered across the tranquil waters.

After a leisurely breakfast, check out of your lodge and begin the scenic drive back to Entebbe. En route, enjoy views of Uganda’s beautiful countryside and make a stop at the Equator for photographs, souvenir shopping, and an opportunity to witness the unique water experiment demonstrating the Earth's hemispheres. Lunch will be served along the way before continuing to Entebbe. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or relaxation before being transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of an unforgettable Ugandan primate safari.
