Your adventure begins after breakfast with a drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems and home to some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa. The park is also famous for its iconic baobab trees, rolling savannah, and seasonal Tarangire River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife throughout the year.

Enjoy an exciting game drive as you search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and many other animals. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park, allowing you to relax while surrounded by nature.

In the late afternoon, depart for Karatu where you can unwind after your first day of adventure.
