After breakfast, you set out with packed lunch for a full-day exploration of the Mara. Today is dedicated to following the Great Migration herds, tracking their movement across the plains and toward the Mara River. If conditions are right, you may witness the dramatic wildebeest river crossings, where thousands of animals gather at the banks before plunging into crocodile-filled waters in a tense struggle for survival. Your guide follows predator activity closely, increasing your chances of seeing lions, cheetahs, and hyenas hunting around the migrating herds. The park offers a different experience, featuring rhinos, buffalo, waterbucks, Rothschild giraffes, and abundant birdlife along the lake shores. You check in at your lodge later in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
