Your guide will pick you up from your Arusha hotel at 8:00 am, then drive for 3 hours to Tarangire National Park, where you will have a full-day game drive. Later, you will drive to the hotel in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park is 115 km from Arusha and covers 2,800 km². The wild animals drink water from the Tarangire River, where the name "Tarangire" comes from. The park has major attractions, including large numbers of elephants, tree-climbing lions, pythons, and baobab trees. You will also be able to see lions, leopards, and other animals in this beautiful park.

After an early breakfast, depart from the Central Serengeti and enjoy a scenic game drive en route to the remote and wildlife-rich northern region of Serengeti National Park.
