The journey passes through picturesque countryside, local villages, and rolling landscapes before reaching the park. After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destination and home to the world-famous Great Migration. Travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying breathtaking views of rolling hills, volcanic landscapes, and Maasai villages along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, begin an exciting game drive across the endless plains. Following breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations. Early morning offers excellent opportunities to observe predators returning from hunts and wildlife becoming active before the day’s heat. Continue searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife while appreciating the beauty of the endless plains. Depending on seasonal migration movements, there may be further opportunities to witness large herds of wildebeests and zebras. After lunch, depart Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy spectacular scenery as the landscape changes from open savannah to the lush Ngorongoro Highlands, with views of volcanic formations and Maasai villages along the way. Arrive at High View Hotel in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight, relaxing in comfort while preparing for your Ngorongoro Crater adventure the following day.
