Today you will enjoy another exciting day exploring the world-famous Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Known for its endless golden plains and remarkable concentration of wildlife, the Serengeti offers outstanding opportunities to spot lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species in their natural habitat.

Descending into the crater, you will explore a unique ecosystem that supports an incredible concentration of wildlife throughout the year. The crater floor is home to lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhino, offering excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five in a single day.

As you enjoy a game drive across the vast grasslands, forests, and wetlands, your guide will help you discover the rich biodiversity and fascinating landscapes that make Ngorongoro so special. Today marks the final day of your unforgettable journey with Lehi Tanzania Safaris. After breakfast, depart for Materuni Village, a beautiful community nestled on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided walk through lush coffee and banana farms while learning about the traditions and daily life of the Chagga people.

The trail leads to the spectacular Materuni Waterfalls, where water plunges over 80 meters into a crystal-clear pool surrounded by tropical vegetation. Relax, take photos, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters.

After the hike, return to the village for a traditional Chagga lunch and an authentic coffee tour. Learn how coffee is grown, harvested, roasted, and prepared using traditional methods while enjoying local songs and dances.
