Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional driver-
guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. As the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit, Arusha
offers beautiful views of Mount Meru and a relaxed atmosphere to begin your adventure. After check-in, you
will receive a detailed safari briefing covering your itinerary, wildlife highlights, and important travel
information. Enjoy time at leisure to relax after your flight—take a swim, stroll through the lodge gardens, or
simply unwind. Dinner will be served at your hotel as you prepare for the exciting journey ahead. Overnight

Day 2

Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants

Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab
trees. The park is traversed by the Tarangire River, a vital water source that attracts diverse wildlife, especially
during the dry season. Enjoy a full-day game drive through open savannah, acacia woodlands, and riverine
habitats. You may spot lions lounging under trees, giraffes browsing gracefully, zebras, wildebeests, and a
variety of antelope species. Bird lovers will be delighted by colorful species including lilac-breasted rollers and
hornbills. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park while surrounded by nature. Later in the afternoon,
transfer to your lodge near Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, drive toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic
highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you descend into the Serengeti, the vast plains
stretch endlessly before you. The Serengeti is world-renowned for its incredible wildlife populations and the
Great Migration. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you head to your camp, with opportunities to see lions,
cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, and possibly leopards resting in acacia trees. The landscape shifts from rocky
kopjes to wide grasslands teeming with life. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the late afternoon, where
you will enjoy dinner under the African sky and an overnight stay in the heart of the wilderness.

Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti in depth. After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive across
different regions of the park. Depending on the season, you may witness herds of wildebeests and zebras
moving across the plains during the Great Migration. Predators such as lions, hyenas, and cheetahs closely
follow these herds, creating dramatic wildlife encounters. Your expert guide will track animal movements and
share insights about the ecosystem, animal behavior, and local conservation efforts. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a
scenic site within the park before continuing your adventure. The Serengeti’s changing light in the late
afternoon provides excellent photography opportunities. Return to your camp for dinner and a relaxing
evening around the campfire.

The crater hosts a dense concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, and the
rare black rhino. The diverse habitats—grasslands, swamps, forests, and soda lakes—support an incredible
variety of species. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool while surrounded by breathtaking scenery. In the
afternoon, ascend the crater walls and drive back to Karatu or Arusha for dinner and overnight, reflecting on
your unforgettable safari experiences.
