An early morning game drive offers one final opportunity to experience the Serengeti at its most active before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Later, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife destinations. Home to an incredible concentration of animals, the crater provides outstanding opportunities to spot lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas and, with luck, the rare black rhino.
Surrounded by dramatic crater walls and breathtaking scenery, every moment feels like a wildlife documentary brought to life. After your crater safari, continue to Karatu for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Your final safari day takes you to Tarangire National Park, a landscape famous for its ancient baobab trees, golden savannahs and some of East Africa’s largest elephant populations.
