Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After an early breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from Kampala or Entebbe and begin the journey northwards to Murchison Falls National Park. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot.

Accompanied by experienced rangers, walk through the sanctuary in search of southern white rhinos while learning about Uganda's successful rhino conservation efforts. After lunch, continue to Murchison Falls National Park and visit the famous Top of the Falls, where you'll witness the Nile forcing its way through a narrow gorge before crashing into the Devil's Cauldron below.

Morning Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise

Rise early for a morning game drive on the northern bank of Murchison Falls National Park, the best area for wildlife viewing. Search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, Rothschild's giraffes, Uganda kobs, hartebeests, oribis, and leopards if lucky.

Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation before enjoying lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. The boat cruise offers exceptional opportunities to view hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species including the iconic shoebill stork (occasionally spotted).
