Pick up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi at approximately 7:00 AM and depart for the Masai Mara. Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop for photography and sightseeing.

Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

The Masai Mara is home to the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and numerous antelope species.

Rise early for a morning game drive, the best time to witness the Mara awakening and predators returning from their nightly hunts. After the game drive, return to camp for breakfast.
