Day 1

You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or airport in a comfortable 4x4 safari vehicle. Begin the scenic drive westward, covering approximately 225 km in 5 to 6 hours. There will be a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views of the escarpment, stretching volcanic landscapes, and photo opportunities. Arrive at the luxurious Entalet Mara Camp for check-in, followed by a welcome lunch featuring both Kenyan and international fresh cuisine.

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the endless plains of the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve. With packed picnic lunch boxes, you will spend the entire day exploring different sections of the reserve, maximizing wildlife sightings and enjoying uninterrupted safari experiences.
The Maasai Mara is famous for its exceptional concentration of wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to encounter the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—alongside cheetahs, hyenas, and vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. Your journey may also take you to the legendary Mara River, where dramatic wildlife interactions often unfold.
In the late afternoon, continue your game drive as you head back to your camp. Arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay, reflecting on a remarkable day spent deep in the heart of the African wilderness.

An early morning pick-up then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley most famous Lake Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingos, it's alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harbouring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive. Afterwards return for dinner and overnight stay.
