After breakfast, depart Bale Robe at 7:00 AM and journey toward Ethiopia's Great Rift Valley and Awash National Park. Stop at Lake Beseka, a volcanic lake known for its giant Nile crocodiles and diverse aquatic birdlife.

Continue to Metehara for lunch before entering Aledeghi Wildlife Reserve for an afternoon game drive across its open savanna.
