From the moment you arrive, you’ll be met and assisted with a comfortable road transfer that winds through the scenic Lowveld towards the legendary Kruger National Park. Entering Kruger through the Numbi Gate, you’ll continue directly to Mdluli Safari Lodge, perfectly positioned within the park itself.
Spend 2 unforgettable nights at Mdluli Safari Lodge, where each day begins and ends in the company of Africa’s iconic wildlife. Set out on guided morning and late-afternoon game drives in open safari vehicles, tracking the Big Five and an array of plains game and birdlife. Between activities, unwind by the infinity pool with sweeping views over the riverbed, enjoy delicious meals infused with local flavours, or simply relax on your deck and listen to the sounds of the bush.

Awaken before dawn to the soft calls of the bush coming to life. Set out on an early morning game drive – the prime time to witness predators on the move, grazing herds in the cool air, and the first golden light washing over Kruger’s landscapes.
Returning to the lodge, a hearty breakfast awaits. After breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to Mdluli and begin your scenic road transfer to the renowned Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve.
Arriving at Umkumbe Bush Lodge, you’ll check into your comfortable, stylish accommodation. Here, the experience is intimate and authentic. Over the next 2 nights, you’ll enjoy twice-daily game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, with expert guides taking you off the beaten track.
Between drives, relax by the pool and watch wildlife drift by. Evenings are spent under the stars around the fire, sharing stories of your sightings as the sounds of the African night surround you.

Begin your final day on safari with the magic of dawn in Sabi Sand. After a wake-up call and a hot beverage, you’ll head out on an early morning game drive, when the bush is at its most active.
On your return to Umkumbe Bush Lodge, a generous breakfast is served, giving you time to relax, reflect on your encounters, and take in the views one last time. After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the lodge and the reserve as you board your road transfer to Skukuza Airport, travelling through the scenic Lowveld.
At Skukuza Airport, set in the heart of the Kruger National Park, you’ll check in for your onward flight. As your safari comes to an end, you leave with cameras full of photographs, a head full of stories, and unforgettable memories of your journey from Kruger to Sabi Sand and back to the skies above Africa.
