Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and begin your journey towards Tarangire National Park, with a brief stop in Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases. Upon arrival at the park, enjoy an exciting game drive through one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife destinations.

A picnic lunch will be served in the heart of the park, allowing you to relax while surrounded by stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. The park also plays an important role in the annual migration of elephants, wildebeests, and zebras, making it a spectacular destination for game viewing.

As the day comes to an end, continue to Suricata Boma Lodge, where you will enjoy a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay, preparing for the adventures that await in the days ahead.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, descend over 600 meters (1,970 feet) into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a natural sanctuary teeming with wildlife. The crater’s fertile floor, nourished by permanent water sources and rich vegetation, supports a wide variety of animals including wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and majestic African elephants.

This remarkable ecosystem is also home to a high concentration of predators such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing.
