3-Day Taita Hills Sanctuary - Tsavo West National Park

Arrival

Begin your adventure with an early morning Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) train journey from Nairobi to Voi, enjoying scenic views of the Kenyan countryside and parts of Tsavo National Park along the way. Upon arrival at Voi SGR Station, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to Salt Lick Safari Lodge, located within Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.

Arrive in time for lunch before setting out on an afternoon game drive. Explore the sanctuary in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and a variety of birdlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and enjoy wildlife viewing at the floodlit waterholes from the lodge.

Full Day at Taita Hills Sanctuary

After an early breakfast, embark on a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Explore the sanctuary's diverse habitats and enjoy excellent opportunities for wildlife photography.

Return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing while watching animals visit the nearby waterholes. Later, head out for another exciting afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Departure
