Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be warmly met by our driver-guide or representative, who will transfer you to your comfortable hotel in Arusha city.

Depending on your arrival time, you will have the rest of the day at leisure to relax, unwind from your travels, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Arusha, the safari capital of Tanzania. Later in the evening, you will receive a comprehensive pre-safari briefing from your guide to prepare you for the thrilling days ahead in the bush.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure officially begins in the morning as you depart from your Arusha hotel and drive toward Tarangire National Park.
​Known as the "Home of the Elephants," Tarangire is famous for its massive elephant herds wandering among ancient, majestic baobab trees. The life-giving Tarangire River serves as a primary water source, attracting a dense concentration of wildlife, including lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species. You will enjoy a thrilling full-day game drive and a picnic lunch inside the park. In the late afternoon, you will head to your campsite to relax by the campfire and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner.

Drive to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, pack up camp and begin a scenic drive toward the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, passing through the beautiful green crater highlands.
​As you enter the Serengeti through the Naabi Hill Gate, the vast, rolling savannah plains open up before you. You will enjoy an en-route game drive as you head toward the central region, known as Seronera. This area is highly celebrated for its resident wildlife, particularly large prides of lions, leopards resting on acacia branches, and cheetahs hunting on the open plains.
Arrive at your campsite in the heart of the wilderness in time for dinner under the stars.

Dedicate a full day to exploring the endless plains of the Central Serengeti, one of the most vibrant wildlife habitats on earth.
​Set out early for a morning game drive when predators are most active, tracking the big cats as they return from their nocturnal hunts. Central Serengeti's river valleys provide year-round water, supporting permanent populations of hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, elephants, and abundant resident plains game.
After a picnic lunch at a designated site in the bush, continue your game drive into the afternoon, capturing spectacular wildlife photos and witnessing the immense scale of the African savanna. Return to camp for another peaceful night surrounded by nature.

​After returning to camp for a hot brunch and packing your gear, you will begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy game viewing along the way as you traverse the southern Serengeti plains. As you ascend the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro highlands, you will arrive at the public Simba Campsite, perched right on the breathtaking crater rim. Enjoy the cool highland air, look out over the sweeping views of the caldera below, and relax around a warm campfire.

Descend to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Descend to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Wake up early for a hot breakfast before descending into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater floor for an immersive game drive.
​As a self-contained ecosystem and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater floor hosts over 25,000 large mammals, providing an exceptional opportunity to spot the elusive endangered black rhino. You will explore the grassy floor, fever tree forests, and the soda shores of Lake Magadi, witnessing prides of lions, hyenas, jackals, and massive bull elephants. Following a scenic picnic lunch near the hippo pool, ascend the steep crater walls and drive back to Arusha.

This day marks the conclusion of your wonderful 7-day Tanzanian wilderness experience.
​Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your flight details, you will be picked up and transferred back to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) for your onward international flight home, carrying with you memories to last a lifetime.
