3-Day Mid-Range Mikumi National Park from Dar Es Salaam

Take a Train from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro SGR and Drive to Mikumi National Park for Game Drive

You will be picked up by a professional driver who will transfer you to the SGR Station, where you will take a train from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro town. Upon your arrival at Morogoro town, you'll meet our safari guide from the office who will pick you up and drive to Mikumi National Park, where you will spend a full day game drive for wildlife sighting.

Once you finish the game drive, you will be transferred to the Camp located outside the park, where you'll stop for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Full Day Game Drive inside the Mikumi National Park

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for a full day of game drives inside Mikumi National Park, exploring different areas including open savannahs, waterholes, and hippo pools where wildlife is abundant, with opportunities to spot predators such as lions and hyenas as well as large herbivores like elephants and buffaloes, enjoying a picnic lunch inside the park followed by further afternoonwildlife viewing and photography before returning to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Half-Day Game Drive in Mikumi Park and then Transfer to SGR for your Train back to Dar es Salaam

You'll get up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast. After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for a half-day of game drives inside Mikumi National Park, exploring different areas including open savannahs, waterholes, and hippo pools.

Once you finish the game drive, you will be transferred back to SGR Station, where you will take a train from Morogoro town back to Dar es Salaam. This will mark the end of our services to you.
