Day 1

Begin your safari with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a short briefing from your professional safari guide before departing for nearby Arusha National Park.
Although one of Tanzania's smaller parks, it offers an impressive variety of landscapes, including lush montane forests, open grasslands, the Momella Lakes, and the lower slopes of Mount Meru. Enjoy a game drive in search of giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, waterbucks, bushbucks, and the park's famous black-and-white colobus monkeys. The park is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with hundreds of recorded species.
After enjoying a picnic lunch surrounded by nature, continue exploring the park before returning to the Arusha area for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive through rural landscapes and Maasai villages. Famous for its ancient baobab trees and one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania, Tarangire offers exceptional wildlife viewing throughout the year.
Spend the day exploring the park on an extensive game drive, following the Tarangire River where many animals gather to drink. Look out for lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, ostriches, and numerous bird species that thrive within the park's diverse habitats.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area before continuing your afternoon safari. Later, leave the park and travel to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Following an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend approximately 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most remarkable natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, making it one of the best places to spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhinoceros.
Throughout your game drive, you may also encounter lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, wildebeests, jackals, and a variety of birdlife around the crater's soda lake.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at the scenic Hippo Pool before continuing your exploration. In the afternoon, ascend the crater walls and return to Karatu for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful park nestled beneath the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment. Despite its compact size, the park boasts an incredible diversity of habitats, from lush groundwater forests to open floodplains and the alkaline lake that attracts thousands of flamingos and other water birds.
Enjoy a leisurely game drive while searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, baboons, blue monkeys, and, if fortune smiles, the park's famous tree-climbing lions.
