Track the Big Five, vast elephant herds, and the rare Samburu Five endemic species, alongside endangered wild dogs. Your adventure includes optional nocturnal drives in the private conservancy and optional guided bush walks with armed rangers. Follow the Footsteps of the Big Five

After an early breakfast, depart Samburu National Park and drive across the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. The journey takes you through rolling farmlands and Maasai territory, offering glimpses of traditional homesteads and herds of cattle along the way. Arrive at the Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch at your lodge or tented camp.

In the afternoon, set out on your first game drive in the Mara, exploring its vast savannahs dotted with acacia trees. The reserve is world-renowned for its abundance of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Depending on the season, you may witness the spectacular great migration, one of nature’s most breathtaking events. As the sun sets over the plains, return to your lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.
