Your First Safari Adventure Awaits

After breakfast, depart Victoria Falls and travel to Botswana, crossing the border before continuing directly into Chobe National Park. Enjoy a drink at our floating restaurant at Chobe House while we provide an induction for the coming days.

Leaving civilisation behind, your safari begins as your guide ventures deep into one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffe and countless other species. Enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your afternoon game drive. Arrive at your fully serviced private campsite as the sun begins to set, where your tents, campfire and dinner are ready. Spend your first night beneath Botswana's spectacular star-filled sky.

Explore the Chobe National Park

Wake to the sounds of the African bush and enjoy tea, coffee and a light breakfast before setting off on a full day's safari through Chobe National Park. Your guide will tailor the day's route according to recent wildlife sightings, exploring the famous Chobe Riverfront and quieter wilderness areas where fewer vehicles travel, including the areas around Ngoma and Ihaha.

A freshly prepared bush breakfast and picnic lunch are enjoyed in the heart of the park, allowing you to spend the entire day immersed in the wilderness. Return to camp for your final evening around the campfire, sharing stories beneath one of Africa's most spectacular night skies.

Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise Safari

Wake early for one final morning game drive before enjoying breakfast in camp. As you make your way back towards Kasane, the safari continues with opportunities for memorable wildlife sightings along the route. After lunch and check-in at Chobe House, settle into your riverside chalet or, for larger groups, our exclusive private villa.

Later, board one of our boats for a relaxing sunset cruise on the Chobe River, where elephants, hippos, crocodiles and exceptional birdlife gather along the riverbanks. Return to Chobe House for dinner. Chalet guests dine aboard our floating restaurant, while villa guests enjoy a private dinner on their riverside terrace.

Explore the Chobe River

Wake beside the Chobe River and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before setting off on a morning boat safari. Tea, coffee and traditional rusks are served on board as you quietly explore the river.

Return to Chobe House for brunch before enjoying a second afternoon boat safari. The changing afternoon light and cooler temperatures attract large elephant herds, buffalo and countless other animals to the river's edge. No two cruises are ever the same, with your skipper adapting the route according to recent wildlife sightings. Return to Chobe House for your final evening overlooking the Chobe River.
