Depart for the Volcanoes Park

After our breakfast, your driver guide shall pick you from your hotel and kick start with a city tour, check out of Kigali and drive through the rolling hills of Rwanda to the Volcanoes Park. Arrive in time for lunch at our lodge. Relax till about 4pm and drive to the Iby'iwacu community center. Return later to your lodge and prepare for the hike the next morning.

Bisoke Mt Hike Rwanda

Mount Bisoke is an active stratovolcano in the Virunga Mountains along the Rwanda-DRC border. Towering at 3,711 meters, it is famous for its massive summit crater lake. The trek begins with a briefing from the park headquarters at the Kinigi visitor's center. The trek shall take about 3 to 4hrs ascending and about 2hrs descending. You will atleast spend an hr at the summit relaxing, taking pictures, and descend. Arrive and meet your driver getting back to your lodge.

Volcanoes Park & Kigali drop off

We are winding up with the Volcanoes National Park with an early Golden Monkey tracking in the community area of the park. Get upclose with these beautiful creatures feeding in the gardens and bamboo shrubs. Return later by 10am, drive to your lodge to refresh and drive back to Kigali city for a drop off at the Airport for your onward journey home.
