Nairobi to Hell's Gate National Park, Cycling Adventure & Lake Naivasha Boat Safari

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley with a stop at the viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views. Continue to Hell's Gate National Park, one of Kenya's most unique parks where you can explore on two wheels. Enjoy an exhilarating cycling safari past towering cliffs, open grasslands, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, gazelles, and a variety of bird species while taking in the park's spectacular volcanic scenery. You may also enjoy a guided hike through sections of the park's dramatic landscapes. After lunch, proceed to Lake Naivasha for a relaxing boat safari, gliding across the tranquil waters in search of hippos, African fish eagles, kingfishers, cormorants, pelicans, and other water birds together with a proffessional birding guide. Later, check in at your lodge, relax, and enjoy dinner before an overnight stay.

Crescent Island Nature Walk & Scenic Return to Nairobi

After breakfast, check out of your lodge and head to Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a guided nature walk. Surrounded by the tranquil waters of Lake Naivasha, the sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to walk among free-roaming wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, waterbucks, and gazelles, while enjoying spectacular views of the lake and the Great Rift Valley. The island is also a haven for bird enthusiasts, with numerous resident and migratory bird species. After your walk, depart for Nairobi, enjoying the scenic drive through the picturesque Rift Valley landscapes. Stop en route for lunch at a local restaurant (at own expense) before continuing your journey.
