Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha before driving to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania's hidden gems. Famous for its ancient baobab trees and the largest concentration of elephants in northern Tanzania, Tarangire offers outstanding game viewing throughout the year.
Enjoy a full-day game drive as you search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs, and a remarkable variety of bird species. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park, allowing you to relax while surrounded by nature. In the late afternoon, depart for Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater
Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, drive to the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend over 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. Often referred to as Africa's "Garden of Eden," the crater boasts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife on the continent and offers one of the best chances to spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino.
Spend the day exploring the crater floor while encountering lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and countless bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the famous hippo pool before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later, ascend the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and another comfortable overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha
Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha
Following breakfast, head to the beautiful Lake Manyara National Park, a compact yet diverse park nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is famous for its lush groundwater forest, large troops of baboons, pink flamingos (seasonal), hippos, and its legendary tree-climbing lions.
Enjoy an exciting morning game drive while spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, monkeys, and an impressive variety of birdlife in this scenic park.
After a picnic lunch, begin your drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of Tanzania's spectacular wildlife and landscapes.
