Day 1

Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your beach hotel in Mombasa, Moi International Airport, or another agreed location. Leave the tropical coastline behind as you journey inland towards Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya's largest and oldest wildlife reserves.
Arrive in time for lunch before heading out on your first exciting afternoon game drive. Tsavo East is renowned for its vast open plains, dramatic landscapes, and the famous red elephants, whose distinctive colour comes from the park's rich red soil. Keep an eye out for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, ostriches, and many other wildlife species as you begin your Kenyan safari adventure.
Later, proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay while enjoying views of wildlife visiting the nearby waterhole.

After breakfast, spend the day exploring the incredible wilderness of Tsavo East National Park.
Visit some of the park's best wildlife-viewing areas, including the famous Aruba Dam, where elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and numerous other animals frequently gather to drink. Throughout the day, your experienced safari guide will help you search for lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, and an impressive variety of birdlife.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your afternoon game drive through the vast wilderness, discovering more of Kenya's remarkable wildlife and breathtaking scenery.

After breakfast, depart Tsavo East and journey towards the world-famous Amboseli National Park.
Arrive at your camp in time for lunch before setting out on an afternoon game drive across Amboseli's open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands.
Amboseli is celebrated for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. During your game drive, you may encounter elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, and over 400 species of birds.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Today is dedicated to exploring one of Kenya's most iconic wildlife destinations.
Begin with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and the skies are often clear enough to reveal breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Explore Amboseli's diverse ecosystems, including wetlands fed by underground springs, open grasslands, seasonal lakes, and acacia forests. Search for elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and an incredible variety of birdlife.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic location within the park before continuing your afternoon safari.
For those interested in local culture, an optional visit to a traditional Maasai village can be arranged (additional cost).
Return to camp for dinner and your final overnight stay in the African wilderness.

After breakfast, check out of your camp and begin the scenic drive to Nairobi.
As you leave Amboseli, enjoy your final views of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. Travel through the beautiful landscapes of southern Kenya before arriving in Nairobi during the afternoon.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred either to your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari from Mombasa.
